Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts

This is a super way to make brussels sprouts with out all of the fat you see in most recipes.  They are very delicious served hot and I really loved them the next day served cold!


4 cups brussels sprouts
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Trader Joe’s Every Day Seasoning


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Clean the brussels sprouts slightly cut of the stem and remove the first few outer layers. Cut the brussels sprouts in half.  Place in a large bowl and pour enough boiling water on top to cover.  Drain after 5 to 6 minutes of immersion, the brussels sprouts should turn a bright green color. 

Mix the brussels sprouts with the balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper and Trader Joe’s seasoning.

Line a baking sheet with either parchment paper or non stick foil.  Place the brussels sprouts on baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and place in a ceramic serving dish.  Drizzle with more balsamic vinegar and pepper.
