Breakfast Pita Bites

All three of the girls gave this a 10 out of 10 score.  They thought this would be perfect for a quick breakfast.


4 whole wheat pita breads
3 T. honey
3 T. strawberry jam
Maple sugar


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut pita bread in half and then in thirds.  Making 3 triangles from each side.

Brush half of the pita bread with honey, then sprinkle with cinnamon and maple sugar.  Brush the remaining pita bread with the jam.

Bake for10 minutes.  Remove from oven and serve with fruit for breakfast.
