Fruit Smoothies

The girl’s favorite treat is a smoothie.  This recipe is very quick and simple.  Use whatever kind of fruit you have around the kitchen.  The key is to keep bags of frozen fruits on hand in the freezer.


1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup almond milk
1-2 T. honey


Combine banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple and almond milk in a blender.  Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of honey, taste and only add extra tablespoon if needed.  Serve in small juice glasses.
