Salsa Supreme

The best salsas are made with the ripest tomatoes you can find.  This recipe can be stored for several days in an airtight container in the fridge.


3 red tomatoes, finely diced
1 yellow tomato, finely diced
½ small white onion, finely diced
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped


Mix all of the ingredients together in an airtight container.  Taste the salsa and adjust seasonings.
